OUR TELEPHONE NUMBER HAS CHANGED!! We have made the decision to change our number as we think it will make it easier and quicker for patients to get through to us. CHLAMYDIA Testing for males & females aged 16-25.

Chlamydia is a sexually transmitted infection that often has no symptoms.

The test is a simple, painless, self taken swab for females and a urine test for men - ask your doctor, nurse or receptionist for a testing kit.

Whooping cough cases increase

When We Are Closed

OUT OF HOURS EMERGENCY — Telephone 0345 6059999

When you telephone the surgery between 6pm & 8am an ansaphone will give you the number to ring for our out of hours service, and you may have the choice to be put straight through. You may be offered telephone advice or a consultation. This service is not for obtaining repeat prescriptions.

NHS Direct

In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed you can call NHS Direct (0845 4647) to speak to a triage nurse. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
