Hyde Park Surgery works closely with other local surgeries as part of a Primary Care Network (PCN). We are part of the Woodsley Primary Care Network alongside Burley Park Medical Practice, Craven Road Medical Practice, Vesper Road Surgery, Burton Croft Surgery, Kirkstall Lane Medical Centre, Laurel Bank Surgery and Abbey Grange Medical Practice. We also work together with a neighbouring network called Holt Park Primary Care Network.
