Dr Watson retiring

After 30 years of service Dr Watson will be retiring at the end of April 2024. Dr Elizabeth Tynegate, who has been a doctor at Hyde Park Surgery for two years will join Dr Sadiq, Dr Prasad and Dr Carrigan as a partner. Dr Samuel Edwards, who has been working at the surgery covering Dr Fran Thompson’s maternity leave will stay on as a salaried doctor working 2 days per week. Dr Fran Thompson returns from maternity leave in May following the birth last year of a son.

We wish Dr Watson a long, happy and healthy retirement and all staff thank him for all the years of care he has given to the patients in the Hyde Park and Woodsley area. He will be missed by both staff and patients.
