How to update my personal information.
It is very important that we hold the correct personal details for you at the practice. This includes your address, mobile number, house telephone number and email. Please let us know straight away if you move house or change your telephone number.
The easiest why to do this is via the online service portal. Login to online services
Register for online services.
Or you can visit the reception desk to make these changes.
